Yngve Hoel

Yngve is certified Elite Coach (Topptrener 2) from the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee (Olympiatoppen) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), specializing in the development of cross-country skiing technique and coaching. He is a coach and national team athlete, with 13 World Championships gold medals and 15 European Championships gold medals on his track record. Through extensive experience as a top athlete and coach for elite athletes, exercisers and younger athletes, Yngve has acquired unique and in-depth knowledge in areas such as technique development, training philosophy, performance culture and coaching.
Yngve is widely used as a speaker within sports and business. He is also instructor and one of the leaders of the development program for coaches in NHF.
Yngve also holds a MSc in Economics, and he has over 10 years experience from performance development work within management consulting at EY and KPMG.

Tord Asle Gjerdalen

Tord is one of the world's best cross-country skiers. He has three victories in Marcialonga, and victory in the Vasaloppet in the record time of 3.28.18. He was on the Norwegian national cross-country team for 8 years, and won two World Championships gold medals and two World Championships bronzes, in addition to three Olympics. He has two Ski Classics overall victories and 12 individual victories.
Through his career as a top athlete, Tord has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in areas such as training philosophy, recovery, sports nutrition and the ability to see which qualities need to be improved in order to succeed. In addition to being an athlete himself, Tord has been a coach for athletes at various levels, and a mentor for athletes such as Andreas Nygaard, Øyvind Moen Fjeld and Thomas Ødegaarden on their way to top results in Ski Classics.
In addition to his national team career, Tord has completed medical education, with a particular focus on recovery, sleep, HRV heart rate measurements and innovative sports technology.

Yvette Hoel

Yvette is a physiotherapist and physical trainer. On a daily basis, she works in the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee (Olympiatoppen) with development of physical skills. Yvette maps and develops skills to improve sport-specific technique and physical capacity. She has extensive experience in working with athletes at all levels, in the areas of strength training, coordination, balance, mobility and consciousness.
Yvette is a former cross-country athlete and national team athlete in ski dog, with 4 World Championships gold medals. She is a specialist physiotherapist, and she has education in mental training, coaching and pedagogy.
