We are based in Oslo/Trondheim, and you are welcome to train with us here. By request, we are also able to travel to your desired training location, to meet you in person and to have training sessions with you.
Online services
If you are not able to come to Norway and train with us, we offer online services. All of the on-site services (skiing technique, strength training and planning of training) are available as online services.

Skiing technique
Development and opimization of your skiing technique!
Do you want to develop your cross-country skiing technique, to be able to go as efficiently as possible? We help you to find the right technical focus and working tasks, within double pole, classic or skate!
Private sessions
Here we go into the details to create the technique that suits you best. We analyze factors such as angles, stability, symmetry and how the legs and upper body work together. We design the sessions so that you get the best possible progress and development.
Technique development programs
Our technique development programs are designed for you who want maximum progress. The purpose of the program is a holistic approach to technique development, where we work with technique development on skis in connection with the development of skills in areas such as strength training. The technique development programs consist of practical sessions on skis/roller skis, coaching sessions, analysis of development tasks within strength training, together with a unique strength training program adapted to your cross-country technique.
Strength training
Analysis and strength training program adapted to your technique!
We offer analysis of your development areas within strength training, because strength training affects movement patterns and cross-country skiing technique. Based on the analysis, we put together a strength training program specially adapted to your areas of development. The analysis and strength training programs are offered as stand-alone services, and as part of our technique development programs.
Analysis and strength training programs are offered within different sports, including cross-country skiing, biathlon and track and field/running.

Do you want help to develop and reach your goals? Or do you want new impulses and someone to discuss with in your training?
We optimize the training, for you to be able to develop and to have the desired results. Among other things, we help you create a plan that ensures a high training volume, as well as continuity and quality in the key sessions.
